Vegan Sandwich Thin Pizza
Serving: 1(for 2 servings, double ingredients)
1 Oroweat whole wheat sandwich thin
2 tbsp Fresh and Easy pizza sauce
2 tbsp mozzarella Diaya cheese
2 leaves of fresh basil
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Lightly spritz a cookie sheet with cooking spray or olive oil
3. Separate the top and bottom pieces of the sandwich thin
4. Spread 1 tbsp of pizza sauce on each piece (2 tbsp total)
5. Sprinkle 1 tbsp Diaya mozzarella cheese on each piece (2 tbsp total)
6. Sprinkle fresh basil on top of each piece
7. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes and enjoy!
